Terms & Conditions and Policies
These terms govern admission, fees, attendance and conduct at Vedic Classes for students of Classes 5–10 (ICSE & CBSE), across both our Adampur and Tilkamanjhi campuses. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

Admission to Vedic Classes is open to students of Classes 5 to 10, ICSE & CBSE boards, at our Adampur (Manik Sarkar) and Tilkamanjhi campuses.
- A seat is confirmed only after the admission form is submitted and the applicable admission/tuition fee is received.
- Parents/guardians must provide accurate personal, academic and contact information at the time of admission, and inform us promptly of any changes.
- Admission is granted subject to availability of seats in the relevant batch and class.
- An admitted seat is personal to the student and is non-transferable to another individual.
- Vedic Classes reserves the right to decline or discontinue admission where information provided is found to be false or misleading.
02Fees & Payment
Fees may be paid on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual cycle, as chosen at the time of admission for that academic year.
- Fees must be paid in advance, on or before the due date communicated for each cycle.
- A late fee may be charged on payments received after the due date, at the institute's discretion.
- Fees can be paid by cash, UPI, or other modes made available by the office; an official receipt will be issued for every payment.
- Fee once paid is not transferable to another student, sibling, or academic session.
- Continued non-payment of fees beyond a reasonable grace period may result in suspension of classes until dues are cleared.
03Refunds & Withdrawal
- Fees paid are generally non-refundable, including in cases of voluntary withdrawal, irregular attendance, or discontinuation partway through a paid cycle.
- Parents/guardians wishing to withdraw a student must inform the campus office in writing (or in person) in advance.
- Any exception to the no-refund policy is granted solely at the discretion of Vedic Classes management on a case-by-case basis.
- Re-admission after withdrawal is subject to seat availability and applicable fees at the time of re-joining.
04Attendance
- Regular attendance is strongly encouraged, as concept-building at Vedic Classes follows a sequential, school-aligned teaching pattern.
- Parents/guardians are requested to inform the faculty or office in advance in case of a planned absence.
- Persistent unexplained absence may be flagged to parents and can affect a student's readiness for periodic tests.
- Make-up or doubt-clearing sessions for missed classes may be offered at the faculty's discretion, subject to batch schedules.
05Code of Conduct
All students are expected to maintain discipline and treat teachers, staff and fellow students with courtesy and respect.
- Bullying, ragging, or any form of harassment on campus will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including suspension.
- Mobile phones and other personal electronic gadgets should not be used during class hours unless specifically permitted by faculty.
- Students are expected to take proper care of institute property, furniture and study material provided to them.
- Repeated indiscipline may lead to a warning to parents, and, in serious cases, discontinuation of admission without refund.
06Study Material & IP
- Notes, worksheets, question banks and any other material provided by Vedic Classes are for the personal academic use of the enrolled student only.
- Such material may not be copied, photographed for redistribution, resold, or shared outside the student's own use without prior written permission.
- All study material remains the intellectual property of Vedic Classes.
07Tests & Progress Reports
- Periodic tests and doubt-clearing assessments are conducted to track each student's understanding of concepts covered.
- Performance and attendance updates may be shared with parents/guardians from time to time via call, SMS or WhatsApp.
- Parents are encouraged to reach out to faculty or the office directly for a detailed discussion of their child's progress.
08Safety & Liability
- Vedic Classes takes reasonable care for the safety of students while they are on campus during class hours.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for their child's drop-off and pick-up at the campus, as Vedic Classes does not operate transport services.
- Vedic Classes is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings (mobile phones, bags, valuables, etc.) brought onto campus.
- Any medical condition or special requirement of a student should be disclosed to the office at the time of admission.
09Photography & Media
- Photographs or videos of students may occasionally be taken during classes, events or activities for use in our gallery, website or promotional material.
- Parents/guardians who do not wish their child to be photographed for such use may inform the campus office in writing, and this preference will be respected.
10Communication
- Official communication regarding fees, attendance, tests and notices will be sent via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or notices displayed on campus.
- Parents/guardians should ensure the contact number on record is active and updated at all times.
- For any query, parents may contact either campus directly using the details in the section below.
11Privacy of Information
- Personal information collected at admission (student and parent details, contact numbers, academic records) is used solely for academic and administrative purposes.
- This information is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties, except where required by law or a competent authority.
12Changes to These Terms
Vedic Classes may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our policies or operations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
13Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhagalpur, Bihar.
